Enquiry privacy and information handling
Flion is the trading business of Zibo Flion Import & Export Co., Ltd., based in Zibo, China. This notice explains the enquiry features prepared for this website and the contact options you can choose.
Information in a sourcing enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, destination, product category, estimated quantity and sourcing requirements. Company name is optional. Start with the information you already have; you do not need a complete technical specification to contact Flion. There is no file upload in this form.
Please share business sourcing details. Do not include payment-card information, passwords or identity documents.
Draft previews and online delivery
In the offline draft preview, the form prepares a request within the page. You may copy or download it to your own device. Preparing that draft does not send it to Flion or store it on a website server.
In the server version, the form submits to the website's enquiry service. When delivery is enabled, the enquiry and its reference are sent to jasonsun@flionglobal.com. Your email is used as the reply address. If the service cannot accept your request, the page tells you and offers direct contact options.
Use of your requirements
Flion uses the contact information and requirements you provide to discuss your sourcing request, check relevant factory options and coordinate the scope agreed for an order. Relevant product requirements are used when discussing suitable options with suppliers. A form submission does not subscribe you to marketing or create an order.
A submission reference records the technical enquiry handoff. It is not a quotation, an acceptance of order terms or a guarantee of mailbox arrival.
Limited technical records
The enquiry service keeps a request identifier, delivery status, reference and timestamps, with keyed hashes used to detect duplicate content and limit abuse. The enquiry database does not store your name, email address, enquiry text or raw IP address.
The service has cleanup rules for completed or failed technical records. Unresolved delivery states are retained to help avoid sending the same request again. These technical cleanup rules do not determine how long email conversations, order records, backups or hosting logs are retained.
Email, WhatsApp and cookies
The email and WhatsApp links open separate services. You decide what to send there; those services also have their own information-handling terms. Closing or refreshing a form page can lose its in-page request identifier, so contact Flion before submitting again if delivery was uncertain.
The current website code does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The form does not save enquiry details in browser local storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill or download features.
