Define how passengers will use the vehicle

A proposed taxi service, a private-site shuttle and personal passenger transport can have different requirements. Explain the route, expected passenger use, seating arrangement and whether the vehicle will operate on public roads or within a site.

Send a body or model reference if you have one. We use it to discuss the cabin, seating, access and weather protection with the supplier. A visual match alone does not establish that a model may carry paying passengers or be registered in your country.

Begin with a short buying brief

You do not need every battery or motor detail before contacting me. A clear application helps me take a useful enquiry to relevant factories. Ask for actual vehicle photos to compare the appearance and layout.

• Estimated purchase quantity.
• Destination country and city or port.

Check seating, battery and operating equipment

For a proposed model, the factory confirms the seating and body arrangement, stated carrying capacity, motor, battery, charger, brakes and available equipment. Describe the functions that matter to your operation so they can be checked individually.

Charging supply, daily route and maintenance arrangements should be discussed together. Performance claims and any documents need to relate to the quoted model and configuration, rather than a different vehicle in the supplier's range.

• Maintenance guidance, service parts and available product documents.

Review destination requirements before ordering

Ask your importer or local adviser which import, registration and passenger-service requirements apply to the intended use. Share the requested documents so we can ask the factory what it can provide for the exact vehicle.

Supplier information must be compared with the destination requirements before committing to an order. Sourcing a vehicle from China does not itself confirm road approval, a taxi permit or eligibility for a local passenger operation.

Agree the vehicle order and commercial scope

An individual quotation follows confirmation of the model, seating and body, battery and charger, quantity, packing and requested services. We also check any local assembly information, spare parts, minimum quantity and production timing with the factory.

Before payment, clarify what is included in the vehicle price and what is charged separately. Freight, sourcing or coordination fees, destination clearance and local charges are agreed for your order; responsibility should be clear at both ends of the shipment.
